And we’re already leading the way in innovation, with a track record of excellence that benefits our customers. Initiatives such as our digital distribution warehouse of the future – operating right now in the UK – show how far we can push the boundaries for our customers by always looking ahead.

Starting today, we’re a new company, and everything we do around the world, we do together. That includes partnering with our customers to build cutting-edge logistics solutions. It also means crafting a culture of shared values that define who we are and what we can achieve.
These values are part of our everyday life; including our shared mandate to be safe and inclusive for all. They are also statements whose impact reach far beyond GXO. We’ve pledged, for example, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% compared to 2019 levels by the year 2030, and to achieve full carbon neutrality by 2040.

I’m honored to celebrate this pivotal milestone. We’re on Day One of a bright, bold future – the start of a company that’s primed for success. We have the global integration and scale to serve the world’s largest brands. We have the technology and expertise to lead the way forward; the flexibility and innovative thinking to overcome any challenge while delivering smarter logistics solutions.
And, most importantly, we have our team. I could not be prouder to lead an organization or to call the talented people in it my colleagues. We’re walking together on this path of excellence, and all I see in front of us is potential.
