Moundir Rachidi

Biographie

Moundir Rachidi serves as GXO’s Chief Transformation Officer with oversight of cross-functional and cross-regional performance initiatives.

Prior to joining GXO, Rachidi was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in Transformation and Operations Performance across a variety of industries. At BCG, he held a number of global and regional roles and founded the Innovation Center for Operations. Rachidi began his career as a Distribution Center Director before assuming leadership roles at Whirlpool, Arvato Services and Toyota.
