The results were based on more than 15,000 online interviews with employees of companies with over 250 employees in Italy.
XPO has a workforce of over 4,000 people based at 42 sites in Italy. XPO is committed to offering the best working environment to its employees, in order to deliver results to its customers. The company plans a $450 million global investment in technology this year, that includes the addition of collaborative robots making logistics operations safer and more productive in picking, packing and sortation.
