Industry veteran Ignacio de Lomas strengthens GXO’s management team in Spain and Portugal to accelerate growth in the market
GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: GXO), the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, announced today the appointment of Ignacio de Lomas as the new Business Development Director for GXO in Spain and Portugal. He will be a member of the leadership committee reporting to Rafael Gutiérrez de Mesa, GXO’s Managing Director in Spain and Portugal.

Ignacio de Lomas has over 20 years of experience with top-tier companies in the logistics industry, including DHL, and has held leadership positions in sales, consulting, solutions development and project management. His recent roles included Director of Strategy & Business Development and Commercial Director for El Corte Inglés, leading retail company . Ignacio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra and an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
