XPO Logistics Takes Part in “Employment Dialogue” in France to Support Workplace Inclusion

XPO Logistics, a leading global provider of transport and logistics solutions, is participating in the annual ”Employment Dialogue” organized by the French association Officiel du Handicap today, July 1. Public and private stakeholders were invited at the French Ministry for the Economy, under the sponsorship of the French President of the Republic, to exchange perspectives and identify challenges in promoting employment of differently-abled people.

Jacopo Mazzolin, senior vice president, human resources – Europe, XPO Logistics, said, “Inclusion is one of our core values as a company. We are keen to support initiatives that are stepping stones on a pathway that offers careers for everyone. XPO is proud to foster inclusion through employment in our operations across the region.”

A strong advocate of workplace diversity, XPO has committed to inclusion in every country where it operates. In France, XPO participates in the Log’ins joint-venture – a springboard for helping differently-abled individuals achieve a smooth transition to work. In the UK, XPO partners with Workfit, an organization that connects employers with individuals with Down’s syndrome.
