XPO Logistics é reconhecida pela sua inclusão do colectivo LGBTQ+ no Índice de Igualdade Corporativa da HRC

A XPO Logistics, pioneira em soluções de transporte e logística à esfera global, obteve uma pontuação de 85 sobre 100 no Índice de Igualdade Corporativa (CEI) na Inklusion do colectivo LGBTQ+, pelo segundo ano consecutivo.

O anúncio, realizado pela Fundação Campanha de Direitos Humanos (Human Rights Campaign Foundation -HRC), distingue a XPO na categoria de transporte de encomendas e de mercadorias. O CEI reconhece os funcionários que tomam medidas para garantir a igualdade dos colaboradores pertencentes aos colectivos de lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, transgéneros e homossexuais, e respectivas famílias.

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has published the CEI for 19 years with the goal of furthering LGBTQ+ inclusion in the corporate community. The index is based on an annual survey administered to major US employers. It uses three rating criteria: non-discrimination policies; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ and their families; and company support of an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
