Each year, Forbes publishes a list of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain and showcases best practices in workforce engagement and development.
In selecting from among more than 2,000 participating companies for recognition as one of the “Best Companies to Work For,” Forbes evaluates key factors such as work environment, inclusion, training and professional development, and talent retention. Forbes compiles the list based on an external study conducted by SigmaDos, Spain’s leading market research and opinion polling firm, through an employee survey.
