Biography
Mark Suchinski is Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he has global responsibility for financial reporting, capital allocation and all Finance functions, including Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy, M&A, Tax and Treasury.
Prior to GXO, Mr. Suchinski served as CFO for The GEO Group, Inc., and prior, as CFO of Spirit AeroSystems. He also held leadership roles at Home Products International and U.S. Freightways.
