Biography
Paul Mohan is Chief Executive Officer of Continental Europe with responsibility for operations in 14 countries.
Mr. Mohan has more than twenty-five years of European experience in the logistics and the supply chain industries starting as a graduate in Christian Salvesen. Prior to GXO, he held executive leadership roles at XPO Logistics, iForce Logistics and Home Delivery Network. Upon joining GXO, Mr. Mohan served as Senior Vice President of Operations across Europe, before assuming regional business leadership of Western Europe in 2022 and expanding responsibility to Continental Europe in 2025.
