Joli L. Gross

Biography

Joli Gross currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of United Rentals, Inc., following earlier roles with the company as Deputy General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Director of Legal Affairs. Prior to joining United Rentals, she was an Associate with the law firm of Day, Berry & Howard LLP, specializing in commercial real estate and contracts; and with Edwards & Angell LLP, specializing in civil litigation and arbitration. She holds a juris doctorate from New England School of Law, a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a certificate in business excellence from the Columbia University Business School.
