Ecommerce launch enables expansion for multinational retailer
A global fashion retailer expanded in North America, opening brick-and-mortar locations and offering an ecommerce experience designed to mimic the feeling of in-store shopping. The retailer looked to GXO for a dedicated ecommerce distribution center that would be fully operational before the holiday shopping season.
GXO delivered end-to-end ecommerce logistics capable of flexing in a dynamic marketplace and ensured that the site was up and running before the holiday peak. Our responsibilities included site selection, labor and management recruitment, implementation of logistics processes and shipping processes, brand packaging, on-the-ground immersion in flagship stores and tailored training for the new logistics team.
