The Diversity Charter, promoted by the European Commission, includes 10 principles that companies and organizations sign to reinforce their commitment to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace. Rafael Gutiérrez de Mesa, was joined at the event by the president of the Diversity Foundation, María Eugenia Girón, and Cristina Villalba, head of GXO’s Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives in Spain and Portugal.
